When you purchase a Golden Lift Chair, you have the option of paying for the added convenience of their “White Glove In-Home Setup” service. With this delivery option, your chair will be shipped directly to an installer who will arrange a delivery/setup appointment within 7-12 days of receiving your chair. The installer will bring the lift chair inside your home, take the chair up or down one flight of stairs, place the chair in your room of choice, install the backup batteries (you must provide two 9v batteries), and dispose of packaging materials.
